As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of our client's creative universe - blending product knowledge, hospitality, and cultural passion to deliver an immersive, memorable experience for every guest. Whether preparing a coffee, curating a vinyl recommendation, or styling a customer, you'll bring authenticity, enthusiasm, and energy to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, personalised service that reflects the brand's music-driven culture.
* Engage customers across multiple zones - from the coffee corner to the vinyl space and merchandise area - with genuine enthusiasm and expertise.
* Provide premium recommendations, share brand and artist stories, and connect meaningfully with guests.
* Support daily store operations, including restocking, visual merchandising, and event preparation.
* Maintain the store's aesthetic and service standards, ensuring it's always ready for high-profile visits or content moments.
* Act as a true brand ambassador, embodying the spirit of music, creativity, and connection.
Key Requirements
* 2-4 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle environments.
* Available to start December 2025.
* Versatile, energetic, and confident working across different zones (barista, vinyl, merch).
* Strong communication skills and a genuine love for customer interaction.
* Passion for music, culture, and creating world-class experiences.
* Flexible, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.
Additional Information
* Part-time and full-time roles available
* Working hours: Between 10am-7pm, depending on shift pattern and contract type
* Rotating roster across 7 days per week
* Start Date: December 2025
