Unleash Yourself With Gladness CIC Maidstone Full-time Summary: Join Unleash Yourself With Gladness CIC as a Fundraising Apprentice and gain hands-on experience supporting fundraising campaigns, donor engagement and events. You’ll develop valuable skills in fundraising, administration and project support while working towards a recognised Level 3 apprenticeship in a supportive, purpose-driven organisation. Training Course: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm 30 hours per week Duration: 18 months Positions Available: 2 The Role: As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while working alongside a small and supportive team. What You’ll Do: Support fundraising campaigns and activities Assist with donor communications and engagement Support the planning and coordination of fundraising events Assist with grant applications and funding research Support reporting and monitoring of fundraising activity Gain experience in fundraising strategy and campaign planning Use fundraising software, Excel and CRM databases with guidance Support general administrative tasks related to fundraising activity Work as part of a team to support organisational objectives Take part in apprenticeship training, mentoring and development activities Training: You will complete a Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by Total Training Provision. Training will take place in the workplace alongside your job role, supported by remote learning. This includes online modules, one-to-one sessions, projects and regular monthly progress reviews. At least 20% of working hours will be spent on training or study.
