Position - Parts Administrator Salary - £40,000-£50,000 Location - South Leicester Hours - Full time hours, Hybrid options available SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a marketing leading pharmaceutical business based in Leicester This is a full-time administration role primarily to take ownership of the Parts business. Key duties as the Parts Administrator - Liaise with customers to establish spare parts required - Setup the enquiry on the internal system - Liaise with third party suppliers for quotations of site works when required. - Liaise with Parent Factory for all queries related to supply of parts - Generate the quotation details for the parts required using Sage system - Generate the quotation details for the labour requirements of the engineering quotes. - Receipting of customer orders and creation of internal project codes to track all correspondence from the customer. - Involvement with the planning of the site engineers to complete the installation of the parts when required by the customer - Tracking completion of the site works with field engineers - Creation and processing of intercompany invoicing. - Tracking and closing off completed works with customer engagement. - Calculation of chargeable costs for variable priced engineering works. - Final invoicing to customers on completion of work and ensuring payments are followed up with the agreed payment terms. - Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to further their skills, if you would like to apply for the role please apply today or contact me directly on (url removed)
