This Commercial Development Manager role is about ownership: building relationships with key decision-makers, spotting opportunities before they land on tender portals, and becoming the go-to contact for clients across sectors such education, healthcare, local authorities, and housing associations. The role will primarily focus on the promotion, development and successful award of contracts for public sector decarbonisation projects and large scale retrofit projects.
