Hybrid working arrangement: This Legal PA role offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal PA to join a highly regarded law firm in London. This Legal PA position offers the chance to become a trusted extension of the business, providing vital support to Directors and the Estates team across a broad range of legal, administrative, operational, and client-focused activities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Legal PA, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting legal and estate administration activities, including probate administration alongside the Estates team.
- Managing billing processes and assisting with financial administration.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is organised and stored appropriately.
- Working closely with the finance team to process bank payments and resolve client banking matters.
- Supporting client onboarding processes, including ID verification, engagement letters, and file creation.
- Assisting Directors with GDPR and AML reporting, compliance reviews, and related processes.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media activity, webinar preparation, and promotional projects.
- Assisting with systems implementations, data integrity projects, and other ad hoc business initiatives.
- Providing administrative support across the wider team, including telephone and post cover when required.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Skills and Experience
The ideal Legal PA will have:
- Previous experience working within a law firm or accountancy firm.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confidence handling financial and administrative processes, including payment processing.
- Experience managing multiple systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional correspondence.
- An interest in technology and AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support business efficiency.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
