Assess and support children and families to safeguard and promote welfare
Complete timely assessments, plans and risk assessments in line with statutory duties
Manage cases across CIN, CP, CLA and Section 47 processes
Contribute to duty arrangements to ensure effective case management
Work collaboratively with families and partner agenciesRequirements
Recognised social work qualification
Registration with Social Work England
Completion of ASYE
Experience within children’s frontline statutory services
Strong knowledge of child protection, CIN and looked after children processes
Ability to analyse risk and determine appropriate interventions
