About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership Trainer to join the team at Maria Mallaband Care Group. Working as part of the Learning & Development Team to provide L&D within the MMCG Elevating Excellence Leadership Academy.
Reporting to our Group Head of Learning & Organisational Development you’ll work collaboratively with functions across the business to support in the creation, delivery and evaluation of effective Leadership programmes.
Responsibilities
1. Design and develop training programs and materials suited to the needs of leadership colleagues in our homes and the wider business.
2. Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions, workshops and webinars on various topics.
3. Promote, encourage and champion high quality care specific leadership through engaging learning and coaching sessions
4. Work in conjunction with stakeholders to understand the leadership training gaps in the business and build learning to support these as part of the Leadership Academy.
5. Forecast learning needs in the services and respond to those identified areas through facilitation and teaching and coaching
About You
6. 5 years experience in either Health & Social Care, Customer Service pr Education sector
7. 5 years experience of training delivery
8. A good understanding of care homes operations and leadership structure, including the role of a registered manager
9. A good understanding of leadership principles and best practice
10. Experience of creating and analysing training needs analysis
11. Relevant teaching qualification or willing to work towards
