We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate.
* Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
* Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
* Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining tables, utensils, and menus.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for guest services with a friendly demeanour and strong communication skills.
* Experience in serving or kitchen roles will be beneficial but not mandatory.
