KiddyKare is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
The Role
* Provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 05 in line with the EYFS
* Act as a Key Person, supporting childrens wellbeing and development
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on observations and assessments
* Maintain accurate learning journals and records
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Safeguarding & Practice
* Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns to the DSL
* Maintain correct ratios, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Follow procedures for accidents, incidents, and medication
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience working with children aged 05
* Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* A warm, professional, and reliable approach
Desirable (not essential)
* Paediatric First Aid
* SEND knowledge
* Experience supporting students or trainees
