Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Solicitor located in Lincoln, with hybrid working available. The Litigation Solicitor will manage legal cases, including advising and representing clients on matters such as landlord-tenant disputes, property-related cases, and other legal concerns. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing documentation, conducting legal research, liaising with clients and other legal professionals, and ensuring cases progress efficiently. The role requires excellent communication and case management skills. The successful candidate will be assisted by a team of paralegals and administrators, and supported by experienced colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with practice rights in Civil Litigation. The role is open to all levels of PQE

* Experience in residential possession work advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to manage deadlines effectively and work in a team-oriented setting.
