Job Description
What youll be doing:
As a key member of a well organised and highly motivated Payments team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
You will provide a support service for individual clients as assigned by the Payments Manager and will be encouraged to develop and cultivate effective business relationships whilst consistently delivering great customer service.
What youll bring to the team:
1. Process employee and subcontractor payments in an accurate and timely manner taking into account agreed payment days and payment methods.
2. Process statutory payments and manage pension auto enrolment.
3. Ensure timely and accurate calculations of payments to statutory bodies and third-party providers.
4. You will feel confident and proficient in discussing any payroll, administration, or tax issues that employees or subcontractors may have.
5. Assist with the submissions of FPS to comply with RTI regulations.
6. Support in the processing of employee and subcontractor timesheets, managing the invoicing of clients in line with agency agreements.
7. Provide agencies with up to date, accurate and relevant information as and when required.
