1. Flexi - 12 hr shifts 07.00-19.00/19.00-07.00 covering 24/7, 5 week cycle
2. A Nights - Wed-Fri then Sun -Tues 22.00-07.15, followed by a week off
3. CGroup - rotating 07.15- 14.00/14.00-22.00
We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and timely production of our high-quality products.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
4. Competently operate numerous machines (packing or process machinery)
5. Efficiently carry out any assigned operation or task, meeting all output targets
6. Competently operate all flavour units across designated area including following all procedures for filling and recording of each unit
7. Effectively contribute to improved line performance and efficiencies
8. Maintain excellent housekeeping, health & safety and hygiene standards
9. Resolve running problems/issues
10. Carry out all testing procedure for product as and when required
11. Ensure all stages of work are checked against quality standards
12. Cleaning of the units after a changeover or for a shut down
13. Ability to work independently as well as within a team
14. Previous experience within manufacturing or the food industry is highly desirable
15. Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided)
16. Good standard of literacy and numeracy
17. Takes ownership and accountability
18. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
19. Ability to work alone or as part of a team
20. Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
21. Working in other areas of manufacturing as and when required
