We are looking for a visionary leader with a demonstrable track record in successfully growing and developing a business within a frontline operational environment. The Opportunity You will be responsible for all services delivered across the North region, motivating and leading contract managers and staff to achieve approved profit targets. This role is about more than management-it's about strategic growth, operational excellence, and leadership: Business Growth: Secure sales, identify and win new business development opportunities, and negotiate long-term contracts. Operational Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and operational leadership for complex operations, successfully managing geographically dispersed and diversely tasked operatives. Financial Performance: Take full responsibility for the region's performance, including setting budgets, monitoring financial reports, and ensuring operational contribution and profit margin are met or exceeded. Brand Enhancement: Market Glendale, maintain good customer relationships, and develop the company's reputation as a high-quality service provider. Your Profile You will be a Director or Senior Manager with operational awareness in the support services sector, preferably with experience in securing revenue opportunities.
