Junior Footwear Designer / Developer
This is not a mood board-and-make-it-pretty role.
We’re looking for a sharp junior footwear designer/developer who understands product, pace and commercial reality. You’ll work across trend research, CAD, colour-ups, specs, materials, trims, sample reviews and factory feedback — taking ideas from concept through to production.
You’ll need a footwear design background, strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills, clean CAD work, and the confidence to present ideas that actually sell. You’ll be close to customers, factories and senior designers, so detail, speed and taste matter.
Candidate Requirements
This is for someone with at least one year in footwear design who wants more than “junior” tasks. Bring curiosity, commercial instinct and a point of view.
Focus: Footwear first, with accessories exposure over time
Experience:1+ year in footwear design
Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD
For a designer who can read the market, draw the product and chase the sample until it lands right.
