Job Description:
This role is based on-site at our Assessment Centre in Lichfield.

What you'll be doing
* lead the charge in coordinating clinicians and health technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Medical Wing
* deliver hands-on care by conducting a range of medical screening tests including ECGs, spirometry, audiometry, and more
* support every candidate's journey by clearly explaining their results and outlining next steps before they leave the medical centre
* keep operations running smoothly by managing medical supplies, procurement, and stock accountability
* build trusted relationships through effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
* stay sharp behind the scenes by handling essential admin tasks and using IT systems confidently to maintain accurate records
What we're looking for
Essential Skills
* registered Nurse with a valid NMC qualification
* confident IT user, comfortable navigating digital systems and tools
* strong people management and communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams and collaborative environments
* knowledgeable in medical equipment and consumables used in clinical testing environments
Desirable Skills
* previous experience in health screening is desirable ; however, training will be provided for all clinical tests and procedures
