Recovery Worker - Crisis & Mental Health
We're looking for flexible, compassionate people to join our casual team as Recovery Workers in Lincolnshire. This is a casual role, so you'll need to be fully flexible and available to pick up shifts across days, nights, weekends, and sleep-ins as needed.
You'll be part of a 24/7 crisis recovery service supporting adults experiencing a mental health crisis. Working alongside a small, supportive team, you'll help people regain control and independence through person-led, therapeutic support.
You'll also work with local services and community groups to help clients access meaningful activities and resources that support their recovery.
What we're looking for:
Some experience in social care (mental health experience is ideal)
A good understanding of mental health challenges
Full flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins and waking nights
Strong communication skills and a caring, creative approach
What you'll get:
£24, 570 base salary (pro rata for casual hours)
Around £4,000 extra per year for 6 sleep-ins a month (pro rata for casual hours)
Pay increase after 6 months
Generous annual leave (pro rata)
Ongoing training, support, and opportunities to grow
If you're passionate about mental health and want a flexible role where you can really make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
