Description
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations.
Manage accounting tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.
Provide support and guidance to the finance team as required.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors when necessary.Profile
A successful Payroll & Accounting Lead should have:
Strong knowledge of payroll and accounting principles.
Proven expertise in Accounting & Finance within a professional setting.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
A professional qualification or part-qualified status in a relevant field.
