We’re hiring a Head Chef for our Lancaster store, with full-time positions available. While experience is a bonus, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed!
You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team in a lively atmosphere where every day is different and exciting.
Candidates must exceed the age of *18 years old *for this job role due to the mature nature of some duties.
*What you’ll be doing: *
· Preparing, cooking and presenting food to the Bob and Berts standard
· Ensure that food is served promptly in accordance with company procedures
· Monitoring food production ensuring consistency in quality and portion size
· Monitoring stock control
· Work independently or as part of a team when required
· Communicate with other members of staff to ensure excellent customer service
· Follow relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines
· Carrying out and recording necessary checks and cleaning

· Have experience managing/supervising in a fast paced kitchen environment
