About the Role:
A leading fintech company is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to drive sales effectiveness and support continued growth across its Corporate Sales division. This newly created role is integral to scaling sales operations, supporting go-to-market strategies, and enabling high-performing teams across multiple regions.
This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement the Corporate Sales enablement strategy and roadmap in alignment with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and People teams
* Deliver enablement programmes, tools, and processes that enhance sales productivity across global markets
* Lead onboarding initiatives and assessment centres to ensure efficient ramp-up of new hires
* Develop and manage a centralised repository of enablement resources, including case studies, presentations, and training materials
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales content with brand messaging and product updates
* Leverage CRM and performance data to identify skill gaps and create targeted training interventions
* Set and track KPIs for all enablement activities, using insights to optimise impact
* Build scalable enablement solutions to support rapid business growth
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales operations within the financial services or payments sector
* Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training and enablement programmes
* Deep understanding of sales methodologies and industry best practices
* Skilled in CRM platforms and sales enablement technologies
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to tailor complex content for a variety of audiences
* Proactive, adaptable, and driven by a growth mindset
