A friendly and well-regarded primary school in the Maldon area is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. The Role:
* Deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 / Year 1 curriculum.
* Plan, prepare, and assess learning to support pupil progress and development.
* Create a warm, structured classroom environment that supports positive behaviour and learning.
* Support pupils with the transition from EYFS into Key Stage 1.
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 1.
* Is nurturing, organised, and enthusiastic about early primary education.
* Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Is committed to supporting every child to achieve their potential.
