Let’s be upfront.
This isn’t a “junior” role disguised as a spec-writing job.
And it’s not one of those NPD roles where you never leave your desk.
This is a hands-on Development Technologist role supporting an experienced NPD Manager in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
They’re open to less experience if the attitude is right - curiosity, organisation, and a genuine passion for food matter more than ticking every box.
The role
You’ll support the Development team across the full NPD process, including:
* Supporting the NPD Manager with day-to-day NPD activity
* Managing the admin side of the gated NPD process
* Completing feasibility and compliance checks ahead of weekly meetings
* Generating nutrition using Nutricalc, reviewing claims and customer policies

* Organising and conducting benchmarking activity

This is a multi-faceted, development-focused role, ideal for someone who wants to grow.
