Job Title: Project Officer - International Recruitment Program
As part of the International Recruitment Programme, the Project Officer will play a critical role in the assurance process to determine the eligibility of adult social care providers seeking to employ 'displaced overseas care workers'.
This process ensures that participating care providers meet established standards of compliance, quality, and ethical recruitment practices. The project is delivered by Hampshire Care Association on behalf of the SESCA (South East Social Care Alliance) International Recruitment programme.
Purpose
Guide care providers through the assurance process, including initial checks, online assurance meetings, and presenting applications at weekly Assurance Panel meetings.
Role Attributes
* Reports to the Hampshire Hub Coordinator
* £25-27 per hour freelance, outside IR35
* Estimated 22-28 hours per week with flexible work arrangements
* Availability at least 4 days per week preferred
Key Tasks
1. Monitor enquiries and applications weekly
2. Contact providers and answer queries
3. Process applications for Hampshire hub
4. Conduct initial checks and schedule assurance interviews
5. Attend and present at weekly Assurance Panel meetings
6. Update providers on application outcomes
7. Support visa application processes and reporting concerns
