Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently, ensuring smooth communication within the office. Coordinate meeting room bookings and support diary management for senior staff as needed. Assist with general office administration, including mail handling, filing, and ordering supplies. Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Maintain a polished and professional reception area, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment at all times. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front-of-house professional within a corporate or professional services environment. They will be highly organised, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A professional demeanour and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders is essential.
