What You'll Do
* Lead the catering team to deliver high-quality food, exceptional service, and strong profitability.
* Oversee daily operations, including health & safety, compliance, facilities, and staff engagement.
* Be the main contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth, seamless service.
* Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen management, hygiene, COSHH, fire, and statutory regulations.
* Manage audits, inspections, budgets, food costs, and labour efficiently.
* Plan menus, promotions, rotas, and finances for flawless service.
* Prepare, cook, and oversee food service across all catering and hospitality areas.
* Inspire your team through coaching, motivation, and leadership.
* Uphold the Sodexo brand and exceed guest expectations.
* Deliver sales, food costs, and GP targets while applying best practices.
