Responsibilities
Key Job Accountabilities
As part of the Planning Team you’ll be responsible for:
* Monitoring scrap and repro stock levels to ensure effective space utilization
* Co-ordinate the monthly scrap forecast based on site requirements and sales forecast
* Working with the Masterbatch and Polymer Planning Co-ordinator to create a structured weekly reclaim plan, using the scrap forecast as a reference.
* Monitor changes in actual material usage v’s forecast and adjust scrap purchases and reclaim production plans accordingly
* Assist the Planning Manager with driving sales of Sustane
* Provide comprehensive support to the Planning Manager
* Attend Monthly Repro and Polymer review meetings
* Work collaboratively with QC to drive internal improvements and monitor the NCR report implementing corrective action where necessary
* Co-ordinate the monthly stock-take procedure (Mass Balance) submitting all post count reports to the relevant departments.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
* A good knowledge of IT including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Experience of working in a planning role
* Experience of the recycled plastics industry is desirable
* Use of the In-House Navision Operating System
* Good attention to detail
* Team player and good communicator
* Demonstrate professional behaviours
