They're looking for a Technical Product Owner to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring products are delivered effectively and aligned to customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Define, refine and manage the product backlog in partnership with stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Guide and support the development team throughout the delivery cycle. Ensure value is prioritised and delivered through each release. Gather and act on feedback to improve features and user experience. Collaborate closely with business, technology and compliance teams. What you need 4-5 years proven experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager Strong understanding of Agile ways of working and software delivery. Skilled in managing stakeholders and communicating across teams. Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments. Desirable Experience: Background in financial services or other regulated industries. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of data, compliance, or technology-led change projects. What's in it for you?
