WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Building physics is how the laws of physics apply to the built environment. It shows how a building interacts with its environment in terms of energy, light, sound, heat, air movement, and moisture.Youll be building energy modelling predicts building energy consumption, CO2 emissions, peak demands, energy cost, and renewable energy production.You will be using IES VE software to analyse building performance- for example predicting a persons thermal comfort and visual comfort, for example does it get too hot, and is there enough daylight in a room.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
