Requirements:

* Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, visitors, and external partners
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to email enquiries
* Manage meeting room bookings, setups, and hospitality arrangements
* Maintain expert knowledge of available spaces, configurations, and menu options
* Work closely with internal departments and service providers to ensure flawless delivery
