What you’ll do
PREFERRED CANDIDATE
The Global Cost Transformation Manager will be responsible for closely collaborating and partnering with leaders and teams across Group Finance, other Group Functions and Operating Companies to drive progress with the Global Cost Transformation Programme, targeting to unlock significant financial and business value over the upcoming period.
In role, the Global Cost Transformation Manager will work with stakeholders to establish a robust finance governance process to support the identification and assessment of cost transformation opportunities. The role will also deliver a framework to monitor progress of key initiatives under the programme regularly, providing a status update to senior management, highlighting key important messages and driving actions and outcomes. The role will also support with building high quality presentation materials for meetings and governance forums attended by Vodafone Leadership Team and Executive Committee members.

1. Support continuous identification and financial assessment of new cost transformation opportunities.
2. Enable best practice sharing across the organisation including Operating Companies (OpCo’s).
3. Ensure visibility of progress and deliver regular performance tracking of actions within the programme scope
4. Work with different functions to build what-if scenarios to identify and unlock new cost actions
Who you are
5. >5 years’ experience in relevant telco finance roles finance business partnering•
6. Analytical skills with an eye for the detail
7. Well-rounded thinker, considering all angles
8. Bright and intellectually curious
9. High ability to build effective relationships
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills
11. Thorough commercial and operational understanding of the business
12. Experience in building models to assess scenarios
