About The Role
As a Skills Practitioner inConstruction Trades, you will join our busy Construction department at EKC Sheppey College. You will provide Learning and Technical support to both staff and students within the Division, and undertake assessment and quality assurance duties as required by the College and awarding bodies.
Other duties will include:
* Liaising with both internal and external customers/stakeholders.
* Provide support and feedback to students to aid progression and achievement.
* Assessing students work, both theory and practical.
* Stock control including include ordering and issuing of supplies.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
This is a temporary role until 28 November 2025

* Provide practical support and guidance to learners during lessons

* Manage and order materials and toolswithin budget
