Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments
Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
Prepare and process shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
Monitor shipment progress and resolve any delays or discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations

Candidate Profile
Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain administration (Import / Export)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Effective communicator with external partners and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
