Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
* Resolving Incidents: Addressing technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
* Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as large-scale 365 deployments.
* System Maintenance: Performing updates, troubleshooting network issues, and applying patches.
* User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
* Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line team with complex issues and projects.
* Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes.
