Temp Station are delighted to announce we are currently recruiting a Transport Administrator to join a busy and established freight forwarding client in the Normanton WF6 area on a permanent basis.
* Manage the group trailer pool allocation
* Ensure all sub-contractor invoices are processed in a timely manner in line with company cut off dates
* Run the internal invoices through the TMS on a weekly basis
* Work closely with the planning team & operations to ensure data input is accurate
* Be the first point of contact to the UK domestic customer database (taking on bookings / answering queries regarding a booking)
* Invoicing any UK customer bookings once the job is completed.
* Providing quotes to customers via calls and emails
* Provide holiday cover for planning assistant where required
* MUST have 2 years’ experience working in a transport environment
