CLCH is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated physical activity leader to join our Wandsworth Healthy Lifestyle Team. The team works across the borough to deliver Health4Life weight management programmes for children aged 2-11 and mothers with a baby under 2 years old. We collaborate with Health Visitors and School Nurses to provide quality, locally based care to families within Wandsworth.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a kind and compassionate approach, and creativity in engaging children of all ages through physical activity. Mobile and agile working are integral to our service, so you should be comfortable travelling between venues throughout the day. This position is suitable for individuals with backgrounds as personal trainers, exercise coaches, exercise instructors, PE teachers, sports coaches, etc.
Requirements include:
* A degree or diploma in a relevant subject or equivalent experience in a specialized physical activity role.
* REPS/CIMSPA registration.
* Experience working with children.
* An enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude.
