Unlike most entry-level sales roles, this position does not involve cold calling, as you'll contact companies already paying for services.

The Role

As a Client Success Executive, you'll build relationships with current customers and introduce new service lines.

Responsibilities will include:

* Outreach: Contact current customers mainly via phone and email.
* Building Relationships: Be the face of the business, creating long-lasting relationships.
* Research: Conduct background research into businesses before reaching out.
* Becoming an Expert: Keep up-to-date with new products and releases to maintain credibility.
