We’re currently looking for 4 x committed individuals to join our friendly and supportive team at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council as School Crossing Patrol Wardens.
In this important role, you’ll help children and parents cross the road safely on their journey to and from school.
You’ll work weekday mornings and afternoons during term time, providing a vital service to the local community.

Myton Park Primary School – Ingleby Barwick
Hours of work: 8:05AM – 9:05AM / 2:50PM - 3:50PM
10 hours per week

Sober Hall - Ingleby Barwick
Contracted Hours - 13.42
Term Time only & 2 days
7.35 – 9.15am / 2.45 – 4.00pm

Priors Mill - Billingham

7.55 – 8.55am /2.25- 3.25pm

8.00am – 9.00am / 2.30 – 3.30pm

We will provide you with the basic training, all you need to be a success is:
5. Good verbal communication skills to enable you to communicate effectively with the general public
6. Ability to work using your own initiative
7. Enjoy working outdoors
8. As the role involves working with children, you will also need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
