An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Adult Social Care Administrator Level 1, based at County Hall, Beverley. This role supports several departments within Adult Social Care, including the Beverley Community Wellbeing Team, Disability Resource Team (Occupational Therapy), and the Safeguarding Team.
As part of a dynamic team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across these services. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy a challenge and are committed to delivering a high-quality service. You should have a good standard of education, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key duties include:
1. Answering telephone calls
2. Word processing and data input
3. Invoice and payment processing
4. Managing deliveries and stock control
