The University is seeking to appoint an outstanding strategic leader in the role of Pro Vice-Chancellor Global Engagement. This member of the University Executive will lead the development and delivery of Bangor’s global engagement strategy, shaping the university’s international future through the assessment, enhancement and expansion of transnational education partnerships, driving international student recruitment across established and emerging markets, and exploring new opportunities for growth, including innovative delivery models.
The successful candidate will bring significant senior leadership experience within a complex organisation, a proven track record of delivering international strategy and building high-value global partnerships, an understanding of global higher education markets and trends, and the credibility and influence to operate effectively at senior levels. As a high-profile ambassador for the University, they will be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder, capable of inspiring colleagues and representing Bangor on the international stage.
