* Collaborate with the project planner and commissioning manager to ensure QA/QC activities are aligned with commissioning schedules
* Support handover documentation compilation including O&M manuals, test certs, commissioning reports, and quality files
* Report regularly to senior management and the client on QA progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
* Champion a culture of right first time and continuous improvement across the site team
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a QA/QC or commissioning role within the MEP construction industry
* Proven experience on Life Sciences, Cleanroom, or Data Centre projects is highly desirable
* In-depth understanding of QA/QC protocols, commissioning processes, and ISO or GMP compliance frameworks
* Strong communication and reporting skills; capable of liaising with all levels of site and client stakeholders
* Familiar with QA documentation systems, test packs, commissioning tracking tools, and digital quality platforms
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-spec environment
* Relevant technical background – either trade, engineering degree, or quality certification (e.g. ISO Lead Auditor, CQI, etc.)
