An excitingopportunity has arisen for a Full-timeCustomerCare Advisorto join Animed on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will work as part of a contact centre team to ensure customer queries and orders are efficiently responded to and resolved.
Animedwas established in 2010 and sells animal medicines, pet food andaccessories to customers across the UK.
Some of your key duties include the following:
* Being there for the customer when needed, answering telephone calls and Live chats through the day.
* Striving for excellence, offering the best level of service to each customer.
* Resolving customer issues in the most efficient time frame.
* Accurately recording details of enquiries, comments and constructive feedback so we can look to continuously improve customer journeys.
To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
1. You're a real people person, happy to engage customers through the day, often taking back to back calls or Live chats.
2. Communication is key, so offering a high level of service, written or verbal, being clear and professional throughout.
