Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to cover the area from Battersea to Eastbourne. The role involves responding to callouts and carrying out planned maintenance on all electrical equipment listed on the client’s asset register.
Responsibilities
* Respond to callouts and perform maintenance on all electrical equipment.
* Take delivery of materials and check delivery notes.
* Provide recommendations on the condition of plant and submit Life Expired asset reports when necessary.
* Record remedial works required after each site visit.
* Assist with costings and order job materials as required.
Qualifications
* Class 18th edition and 2391 training or equivalent experience.
* Valid drivers’ licence and reliable mileage within the coverage area.
* Successful DBS check and drug and alcohol test.
Salary & Hours
Salary up to £42,000 plus overtime pay; London rates are £45,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Occasional weekend work occurs approximately 1 in 4–6 weeks, with overtime rates available.
