We have an excellent opportunity for a friendly and reliable Saturday Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Brewers Decorator Centre in Horsham. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service in-store, helping serve customers and ensuring smooth operation of the branch and its delivery service. Experience with our products isn't necessary; if you bring great customer service and team working skills, we'll provide the training you need.
Our store on Redkiln Way has served local tradespeople and retail customers for over 80 years. We stock a broad range of trade and designer paints, decorating tools, and equipment, along with a dedicated showroom for wallpapers, fabrics, and blinds. Our team's extensive knowledge and excellent customer service have fostered a strong customer base and reputation as the decorator's first choice. The branch hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities include:
1. Providing exceptional customer service in-store.
2. Using product knowledge to recommend and help customers find suitable products.
3. Mixing paint, processing orders, and requesting special stock as needed.
4. Promoting sales of wallpaper, paint, and fabric.
5. Building relationships to understand customer needs and deliver comprehensive service.
6. Merchandising seasonal and special items to increase visibility and sales.
7. Assisting with stock maintenance and unloading deliveries.
8. Keeping the warehouse organized and safe.
Ideal candidate profile:
1. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
2. Approachable and friendly personality.
3. Team player who can also work independently.
4. Willing to attend training for Fire Marshall and First Aider roles.
5. Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress.
6. Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.
