Internal Sales Account Administrator

Huddersfield

£28-30K depending on experience plus bonus and benefits

Monday to Friday

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced account manager to thrive in a supportive environment, driving long-term customer success and revenue growth. You will represent a company dedicated to delivering tailored solutions and building lasting partnerships

Duties to include:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed.

Proactively follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates and enhance customer engagement.

Sales order processing and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish

Apply technical product knowledge to identify client requirements and recommend bespoke solutions that align with their operational goals.

Recognise opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and account expansion based on client usage patterns and needs.

Anticipate client challenges and resolve issues before they escalate, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and secure client retention.

Maintain accurate CRM records, and monitor pipeline progress

Aim to meet or exceed revenue, retention, and growth targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and organisation.

Proven experience in sales, account management, Sales Admin, cross and upsell or client success, ideally within a commercial or technical environment.

Experience working with Sage and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot - desirable

Strong communication skills,

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-centric mindset with a solutions-focused approach and a knack for building long-term client relationships.
