Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Branch Administrator. As Administrator, you will be a key part of the team, keeping the branch running efficiently and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Centrally Oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the branch
* Audit and maintain accurate paperwork and records of all goods processed
* Raise and manage purchase orders
* Monitor and maintain stock control system including booking in stock, returning hire material and processing Supplier Invoices
* Raise customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* Support general office duties and provide assistance to the Admin Manager when needed
Qualifications
* Experienced in office administration (experience in construction/scaffolding desirable)
* Confident using Microsoft Office and basic stock/invoicing systems
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail
