Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Irvine. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating sales leads, consulting with clients to understand their equipment rental needs, and providing top-notch customer service. Daily tasks include performing sales calls, managing client accounts, closing deals, and liaising with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate service. The Sales Agent will also assist in providing training to clients to ensure they are well-versed with our equipment and safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven Sales experience and ability to close deals
* Understanding of Insurance related to equipment rental
* Ability to provide Training on equipment use and safety protocolsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of powered access equipment and rental industry is a plus
