Business Development Executive
OTE: Up to £45,000
Hybrid: 3 office days (Mon, Wed, Fri) + 2 WFH

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, proactive Business Development Executive who knows how to run a full sales cycle end-to-end. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients while driving new business, building relationships with key decision makers, and expanding accounts through genuine conversations and commercial curiosity.
This role suits someone who wants to be part of a people-first business — someone who contributes, gets involved, and wants to build a long-term career, not just turn up and tick boxes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full 360° B2B sales cycle, including:
\t•\tManaging & growing existing accounts
\t•\tActively prospecting, hunting, and winning new business
\t•\tBooking and leading your own meetings (digital)
\t•\tSpeaking directly with decision makers — HR Managers, IT Leaders, Marketing Managers, and other Major stakeholders
\t•\tExpanding accounts through great relationships and commercial awareness
\t•\tRunning Teams/Zoom meetings confidently and professionally
\t•\tBalancing your day between outbound activity, booked meetings, and account management
Performance expectations are clear and simple:
\t•\tMinimum 60 minutes of genuine, valuable conversation per day with new business opportunities
\t•\tFull autonomy to structure the rest of your day effectively
\t•\tReal targets, but no micromanagement — we trust you to deliver

What We’re Looking For
The Essential's-
\t•\t1–2+ years in a B2B sales environment
\t•\tExperience running a full sales cycle
\t•\tComfortable speaking with decision makers
\t•\tConfident booking & delivering your own meetings
\t•\tStrong communication skills on digital platforms (Teams, Zoom etc.)
\t•\tDriven, positive, proactive attitude — a contributor, not a passenger
