Independent Builders Merchant Group is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for their Parkers Worthing Branch. In this role, you'll support customers, supervise a dedicated team, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive branch development and ensure excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will have supervisory experience, strong sales awareness, and exceptional communication skills. Working hours are Monday–Friday, with Saturdays included.
