I'm supporting a leading, fast-growing accountancy firm in Sussex in their search for a confident Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly Bexhill office.
You'll be the welcoming face of the business - greeting clients, managing calls, coordinating meeting rooms, and providing all-round admin support to keep the team running smoothly.
Day to Day
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately
Maintain and book meeting rooms, ensuring facilities are prepared
Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Provide general administrative support - scanning, filing, typing correspondence, and data entry
Assist colleagues and partners with ad hoc office tasks as needed

Excellent communication and organisation skills
A professional, friendly approach
Confident with Microsoft Office
Previous office or reception experience (accountancy background a bonus!)
