Artis HR are on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast‑paced organisation that has created this new role in its expanding people function. This role will support leaders across the business, in 2 dedicated functional areas, acting as a trusted people partner to implement and deliver the key strategic objectives in line with the broader business priorities to support growth.
Responsibilities
* Partnering closely with managers to provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice
* Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit
* Managing a range of employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances
* Advising on organisational change, restructures and consultation processes
* Supporting performance management and annual people cycles
* Providing guidance on reward, pay reviews and role alignment
* Working collaboratively with wider HR and specialist teams
* Ensuring HR practices align with employment legislation and best practice
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a true HR Business Partner role
* The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, digitally and technically focused environment
