Job Description
As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face greeting our customers and embodying the heart of our brand.
You will have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every interaction, from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor. Your responsibilities include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments.
Your role is vital in creating welcoming experiences that showcase our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you'll guide customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Working collaboratively with your team, you’ll create moments that matter.
Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are advantageous but not mandatory.
